Jesus - Master of the Storm & Full of Mercy

Often, we only cry out to Jesus for help when we face immense storms in life, and even then, we are prone to question whether he actually cares. Scripture shows us that such hardships are not random or accidental. Instead, they are preordained and used by a loving and faithful God who desires that we would trust him. 

We worship one who is not only with us in the storms we face but has faced the worst storm imaginable himself. On the cross, Jesus experienced God’s righteous wrath towards sin and sinners. By faith, we who deserved the full judgement of that storm instead have been given peace with God, all because of Jesus.
